Wilmington Valley of the Ancient & Accepted Scottish Rite is pleased
to offer our facilities for rental to outside organizations and
individuals. Our beautiful and comfortable building, 300 seat
dining facility, 366 seat auditorium, and spacious parking are available
for meetings, receptions, productions, banquets, and other approved
events.
Please note the following fees: The rental fee for the auditorium or dining room is $1500.00 for twelve (12) hours. A full twelve hour period must be purchased on Friday, Saturday and Sundays. A four hour period may be rented Monday through Thursday for a rental fee of $600.00. A deposit of $250.00 is required to hold a date for a function in the building and is Non-Refundable. This is due at the time of reservation / signing of contract. A cleaning fee of $200.00 is REQUIRED. The building closes no later than midnight (12:00 A.M.) on the rental day. Any function exceeding the twelve (12) hour agreement will be billed at $150.00 per hour with a minimum of one (1) hour. Access to the building for Setup or decorating on a separate day will be billed at $100.00 per hour.
